Born in Italy in 1985, Simone Bretti lives and work between London and Rome. Drawing on his training in both graphic and product design, his practice delves into the unexplored areas between the two disciplines.
Much of the work Simone produces seeks to explore the untapped potential of interaction between humans and objects, encouraging them to create a relationship in unusual ways.
Since graduating from Università La Sapienza in Rome, with a degree in Industrial Design, Simone works across disciplines and industries on a variety of projects from industrial products, bespoke commissions, interiors and installations combining deep understanding of materials and making techniques as well as patterns, textures, colours and technologies, often transcending the limits of imagination.
